About Erina
Erina Crous is recognized as one of the most experienced and innovative hair stylists around. She has a reputation for developing innovative cuts, creating interesting upstyles to fit the clients’ needs and for her expertise with the latest colouring and cutting techniques. Erina is the Founder and senior Hair Stylist at Erina’s Hair and Beauty.
About Mia
Mia Crous follows in her mother’s pristine and talented footsteps with a creative and award winning touch of her own. Mia Crous (Springbok Hairdresser) represented her country 3 times on international platform. She brings a wealth of innovation and creativity to Erina’s Hair and Beauty. Erina Crous
Academic:
Erina is a qualified hairdresser with 37 years experience, including Trade Test qualifications in Ladies Caucasian (1985) and Afro Hairdressing (1994). Other qualifications include being a Lecturer at Cape College and Northlink College (previously known as Tygerberg College) from 1987 – 1995.
Then advancing to Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager of the Academy of Hair & Aesthetics at Northlink College, Parow Campus from 1996 – 2005.
Training:
To round off her hard working and successful Education career, she won the prestigious WCED (Western Cape Education Department) Award for “Excellence in Leadership”, in 2005.
She has been involved in Hair Care Education and Training for over two decades, having taught at colleges and attended seminars to stay in touch.
Erina assists students of all levels to further their careers, whether they are new to the profession or developing their expertise to enhance their creative edge.
Erina became the proud Salon owner of Erina’s Hair & Beauty in 2006 – adding her creative touch and excellent advice to her much satisfied clientele.
Erina still attends seminars on a regular basis to deal with customer / client demands and to keep abreast with the latest trends.
The focus of Erina’s Hair & Beauty is on service and the total look. Achieving the ideal style and colour for each individual client.
She also attended the Goldwell International Master Colorist & Stylist courses.

Mia Crous
Mia studied Hairdressing at Northlink College and became a qualified Hairdresser in 2017.
Mia is a young, talented and competitive Hairdresser, who is adaptable to all types of clients and their needs. She follows in her mother’s pristine footsteps with a creative and award winning touch of her own.

Mia travelled abroad to various countries on the Cruise liner, The Golden Princess, where she had the opportunity to do hair & make-up for a 3-day film shoot – Sydney, Australia.
